Mission, Staff, Funding and Programmatic Information
About |
EnvironmentalHealthNews.org, a foundation-funded journalism organization founded in 2002, is published daily.
Our daily e-letter, Above The Fold, is available for free.
Mission |
The mission of Environmental Health News is to advance the public’s understanding of environmental health issues by publishing its own journalism and providing access to worldwide news about a variety of subjects related to the environment and health of humans, wildlife and ecosystems.
Environmental Health News advances the public’s understanding of environmental health issues, both by publishing our own articles and by providing access to worldwide news on subjects related to the environment and health of humans, wildlife and ecosystems.EHN journalists write articles that are published on the site. These stories are provided to newspapers and other media through EHN's news service. The content meets high journalistic standards and is under the control of Editor in Chief Marla Cone, an award-winning writer and one of the most experienced environmental journalists in the country. EHN also offers timely, daily access to hundreds of articles on environmental health topics published each day in the world press, and its searchable archives date back to 2002. EHN is funded by foundations and does not accept funding from interest groups.
Our syndication services are available for free and are used by over 300 other websites around the world.
