Dr. Heather Volk is Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine in the Division of Environmental Health, and holds a joint appointment with the Department of Pediatrics and the Zilkha Neurogenetic Institute. Her research focuses on the environmental and genetic epidemiology of autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders and on gene-environment interaction in complex disease.
